Our private tours begin with luxury transportation to the village of Gavros, located 20 km northwest of Meteora. This area is a natural extension of Meteora, both geologically and historically, and offers a dreamlike natural environment that is perfect for our experience.
Our tours include visits to isolated 14th-century monasteries, stone bridges, and walks through oak forests. We take you off the tourist map and introduce you to the local breeders and farmers who produce the fresh ingredients we use in our culinary experience. We gather wild grasses, herbs, mushrooms, and fruits, as well as game from hunters and fishermen, and milk, olive oil, butter, meat, and vegetables from local farmers and producers.
