Our private tours begin with luxury transportation to the village of Gavros, located 20 km northwest of Meteora. This area is a natural extension of Meteora, both geologically and historically, and offers a dreamlike natural environment that is perfect for our experience.

Our tours include visits to isolated 14th-century monasteries, stone bridges, and walks through oak forests. We take you off the tourist map and introduce you to the local breeders and farmers who produce the fresh ingredients we use in our culinary experience. We gather wild grasses, herbs, mushrooms, and fruits, as well as game from hunters and fishermen, and milk, olive oil, butter, meat, and vegetables from local farmers and producers.

Get off the beaten path and discover the beauty of the surrounding villages, which are completely off the tourist map. You’ll have the opportunity to see and experience things that most tourists never get to see.

And of course, the highlight of our tour is the culinary experience. We’ll prepare ancient nomadic meals on open fires, using fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. We’ll cook and flavor the ingredients in the flames and wood smoke, creating dishes that reveal their culinary aesthetics and preserving the taste of the materials and their coexistence in their natural environment.
